1. Anyone caught misusing, abusing, vandalizing, or stealing any property of VMP-ATV or VMP BMX will be prosecuted.
2. Anyone caught on the MX track or ATV trails will be asked to leave and you will be disqualified for the remainder of the race.
3. Only one rider per bike, ATV or dirtbike.
4. Speed limit in parking area is 5mph, no joy riding allowed.
5. During certain events where armbands are required, they must be displayed at all times. If you are caught without one, you will be asked to purchase one immediately.
6. 10:30 p.m. curfew for anyone under the age of 16.
7. No fireworks allowed.
8. No open fires allowed.
9. No saving of parking spaces will be allowed. If you want to park with someone, you must arrive together.
10. Any rider under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at sign-up.
11. Camping is allowed during certain overnight events. There are no electrical hook-ups. Anyone caught using electrical or water outlets on track property will be asked to leave.
12. VMP ATV and VMP BMX will enforce all track rules.
13. During NBL Race events, there will be NO RIDING IN THE FREE-STYLE AREA or in PRACTICE AREA. Anyone caught in these areas will be asked to leave.
14. NBL Membership is required for race events. (Full membership $45 per year or trial membership $30/30 days)
Parent or guardian signature required for minors.
Bring a copy of birth certificate.
15. Helmet that covers ears (full face or helmet with mouth guard) is required for NBL events and for practices.
16. Long sleeve pants and shirts are required.
17. 20" BMX or 24" Cruiser required with an operating brake on rear wheel.
18. Pads on top tube, handlebar crossbar and stem are highly recommended.
19. Riders will compete by age (5 and under through 45 and older)
20. The following items are prohibited:
Drop style handlebars
Kick Stands
Chain Guards
Reflectors
Freestyle Pegs or axles
